All Ships Week 2025  
So discovered that there is All Ships Week (October 20-26), and I'm not sure if I'm going to participate in it or not yet because who knows what my work schedule will be but I'm very tempted to do so. If I do participate, I think I'm going to use some small fandom pairings since I'm tempted to try the [community profile] smallfandombang, but I don't think I have it in me to write an actual 10k+ word fic.


Pairings I've been thinking of doing is Sabrina/Harvey (Sabrina the Teenage Witch), Tyler/Wednesday (Wednesday), Nick/Adalind (Grimm), Nathan/Annalise/Gabriel (TBSTDH), Michael/Liz (Roswell), Hayley/Wheezer (SkyMed), Larson/Heller (Doc -new ship/show alert!-), and Dani/Lito/Hernando (Sense8). Probably a few others I can't think of right now...



This year's prompts are:

Monday - October 20

  • fairytale or Hallmark AU
  • a grudge / a rumor
  • ambiguous relationship
  • “What am I supposed to do with this?”

Tuesday - October 21

  • tweak a trope (e.g. meet cute → meet ugly)
  • star-crossed
  • literally just sleeping together
  • “I miss you.”

Wednesday - October 22

  • role reversal AU
  • a cruise / boat / spaceship
  • assembling furniture together (or similar task)
  • “That’s ridiculous.”

Thursday - October 23

  • niche retail job AU
  • a supernatural element
  • mistaken identity
  • “I’ve never seen you before in my life.”

Friday - October 24

  • inspired by a song lyric
  • a mysterious scream
  • caught in a weather event (or cave in)
  • “It’s always been you.”

Saturday - October 25

  • journey / road trip
  • a lost message
  • the second meeting
  • “I should go.”

Sunday - October 26

  • Free day! Anything goes, all of your favorite tropes, every situation you can imagine
  • Bonus: Finish any unfinished WIP
  • Bonus: Inspired by a reddit post — or a post from bluesky, the hellsite (affectionate), etc.

Activity Bingo (do these any day)

  • Create a ship dossier (templates below!)
  • Revisit a favorite moment or episode
  • Make them a vacation playlist
  • Boost a fic or art post from a creator
  • Tell us why you love the ship!
  • Share a prompt for creators to adopt
  • Invent a headcanon

Ooooh I'm always here for more Sense8 fics. Even if you don't end up participating in All Ships Week, that fandom is so tiny and needs all the content it can get. You might want to try smallfandomfest if you prefer shorter fics. They'll be running again in November and it was a lot of fun when I participated in the last one.

I just started rewatching Sense8 this past Thursday after my dentist appointment - so it just might happen ♥ It definitely needs more content - I can't believe it's still considered a small fandom.

I will definitely have to check out smallfandomfest! I'll add it to my alerts so I don't forget/miss it.

Yay! I would love to see more authors in the fandom. It seems to have everything that would make a fandom huge but it’s just not and I will never understand it.
