THE GATES (a new fandom!!!!)  
So on HULU this morning, I stumbled upon a new ABC show that focuses on Vampires, Werewolves and other supernatural creatures ;D

Yeah, I know... SURPRISED? I was. Its definitely a lot different than the shows they've had on, and I'm glad. I mean, yay a new supernatural-themed show! It's pretty good, I mean its no Supernatural or Buffy, but hell I'll take it. Its apparently on Sundays @ 10|9c. Sadly it doesn't seem well-promoted, so I'm trying to fix that - especially since I don't want it to end.

So far there are only two episodes, so its REALLy easy to get caught up!

There is already a community dedicated to it, [livejournal.com profile] the_gates_abc!

So go WATCH IT!!! (Please?!?!) At least try it!

I haven't even heard of this! Are the first couple of eppies still up on Hulu? I'll have to add them to my queue!

Yes they are still on Hulu... If you check out my entry above than there *should* be a webbie thingy that has links straight to the videos, and if it doesn't show up, just search for "The Gates" on Hulu.

I hadn't even heard of it until I was watching something on Hulu and looked down at the those suggestion bar and I was like? WOW Paranormal show - gotta check that out! And then I found out it was an ABC show, which just seriously surprised me. I think its been a while since they did something more supernaturally related. Also be sure to check out in the Fall their No Ordinary Family show... it has the guy from Fantastic 4 (he plays The Thing) - the whole family get superpowers. I can't wait for that one.

I really hope it doesn't get canceled like every other awesome show ABC has tried to put on the air.

I really love this series as well. I'm surprised I love it as well even though I didn't get hooked onto it until after the third episode. I think I might be the only who likes Leigh as well as Marcus/Leigh however.

I love Leigh! ♥ I'm not a huge fan of Leigh/Marcus though - I mean their cute together, but well, I love my unconventional pairings a little more.

I'm glad you started watching the show! The more people into it, the better!

Of course, Leigh's my favorite so I can probably like her with anyone. However, it seems I like her with Marcus for right now who knows I might could get into Nick/Leigh. I did think of the two before.
