Day 07 - The MOST HEARTBREAKING scene?

So it's May and apparently the studios have released their schedules for next season and I have to say a few shows got my interest.

And that is only NBC, ABC, and Fox. CW isn't out until the 19th. Don't know where CBS is cause couldn't find it on their offical site.

All in all, I think it'll be a great season - I'm sure a lot of them will be cut after a few months, but let's try and not think about that right now?

And is it sad that I'm already shipping a lot of characters together already??? And wanting crossovers for some of the shows?

Thanks to dhfreak, I looked up COVERT AFFAIRS on Hulu. (I'm currently on episode 3) I absolutely love it so far. I started watching because its Piper Perabo from Coyote Ugly.... now I'm watching it for her and for Christopher Gorham from Popular. Yeah I'm totally in love with show now too. Seriously I'm lovin' Auggie/Annie relationship - they are so adorable together. What can I say? I'm a huge fan of pairing up partners. ;D

So on HULU this morning, I stumbled upon a new ABC show that focuses on Vampires, Werewolves and other supernatural creatures ;D

Yeah, I know... SURPRISED? I was. Its definitely a lot different than the shows they've had on, and I'm glad. I mean, yay a new supernatural-themed show! It's pretty good, I mean its no Supernatural or Buffy, but hell I'll take it. Its apparently on Sundays @ 10|9c. Sadly it doesn't seem well-promoted, so I'm trying to fix that - especially since I don't want it to end.

So far there are only two episodes, so its REALLy easy to get caught up!

There is already a community dedicated to it, the_gates_abc!

So go WATCH IT!!! (Please?!?!) At least try it!

I just joined batfic100, which is just like twilight100 except its ALL about Batman. Same rules for the most part - 3 teams, any character/pairing from the Batman Universe, 100 words, & 10 points per drabble for your team.

Only sad thing about the community is that no crossovers are allowed. But oh well...

I personally can't wait to the new prompt... I hope to write some new Batman fics. (I'm on Team Heroes BTW!!)

I'm actually thinking about creating a similar based community, but I haven't decided on WHAT fandom... any suggestions you'd like to see/will join??? I'm thinking an X-Men and an Smallville one. ANY other ideas???

New layout... one of those LJ premade themes, but I like it a lot & I thought it would take a lot less time to load then the other layout. I'm at my aunt's house & her computer is old/slow and I realized maybe other people are having the same problems with the layout & the drabble-a-thon. Which btw, has gone off without a hitch I have about eight entries for it! I'm so excited... I hope to write more for it & I hope to get more people to partcipate. Remember to pimp it!

WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN

Anyway I recently saw the "official" new trailer of the new animated series about the X-Men. Now if you don't like my opinions... I'm sorry.

Things I Liked/Loved:
1. EMMA FROST!!! I loved her dialogue in the trailer... plus Emma's secondary power is already in play. =D
2. SCARLET WITCH!!! (And what's interesting is she's with Nightcrawler... I like that pairing... heh)
3. POLARIS!!!! I love her and she's FINALLY going to make it on the cartoons (yes I know she had that itty bitty part in Animated Series, but that doesn't count - it looks like she'll be one of the important characters)
4. Mystique's look! She looks really good here.
5. ANGEL!!!!
6. ROGUE!!!! (of course!)
7. Genosha!!
8. WOLFSBANE!!!!!
9. DUST!!!!
10. HULK!!!

Things I Dislike/Hated:
1. The name - I hate how everything has to single out Logan... X-MEN IS NOT JUST HIM!!! Grrrr I hate how everyone thinks he's the "most interesting, best X-man on the face of the planet" It really pisses me off.
2. Storm's HAIR... man that is going to BOTHER the HELL out of me.
3. Gambit :( --- I'm like one of the only people who doesn't like him with Rogue... I used to like them together but then I don't I just became annoyed with him and I fell in love with Rogue/Cyclops.
4. The show is probably going to be mostly about Wolverine... I know thats given with the title but it bothers the heck outta me... at least X-Men: Evolution didn't make it all about Logan.
5. Professor X's voice actor... I hope he's not in it a lot.
6. Wolverine's voice actor... in some spots in the trailer its not annoying, but other times it is. I don't know why.

Anyway join andthexmen if your interested in watching the series or whatever. I've done so... I can't wait until I actually see an episode of this. I'll have a better understanding if I will like it or not. I'll probably watch it either way... Hey, I have to get my X-Men fix somewhere ;D

PS: I swear it sounds like JENNIFER HALE is doing Spiral or at least someone in the trailer... The one shouting "FIRE!" I would be SO happy if that's the case. I love her voice acting... She did Zatanna/Killer Frost/Giganta in JLU, Sam in TOTALLY SPIES, Emeral Empress in LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES, Thorn in SCOOBY-DOO & THE WITCH'S GHOST, and Cinderella in CINDERALLA 3. I can't seem to find any evidence other then to me it sounds like it.

Summary: The series follows a team of scientists who investigate anomalies in time and deal with the prehistoric and future creatures that travel through. The team of five is led by Professor Nick Cutter, a palaeontologist determined to find his wife, who disappeared while investigating an anomaly in the Forest of Dean eight years previously.
Staring: Douglas Henshall (Kid in the Corner), Hannah Spearritt (S Club 7), James Murray (Cutting It), Andrew-Lee Potts (Return to House on Haunted Hill), Lucy Brown (Sharpe's Challenge), Ben Miller (The Prince and Me), Juliet Aubrey (Middlemarch), Mark Wakeling, Naomi Bentley and Karl Theobald (Green Wing).
Why I Love It: Dinousaurs. James Murray. Dinosaurs. It's pretty funny too, I love it... and I've only seen one episode... lol. See James Murray in my icon... doesn't he remind anyone of John Winchester? Just a tad? That's not why I like him, though, lol. He just totally reminds me of someone and that's all I can think of.

Eli Stone
Summary: Eli (Miller) suffers from an inoperable brain aneurysm that causes him to have realistic hallucinations which often relate to the plot of that episode.
Staring: Jonny Lee Miller (Æon Flux), Laura Benanti, Loretta Devine (Supernatural, Grey's Anatomy), Victor Garber (Annie, Alias), Julie Gonzalo (Veronica Mars, A Cinderella Story), Natasha Henstridge (Whole Nine/Ten Yards), Sam Jaeger (Catch and Release), Matt Letscher (Joey), James Saito (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 film), and George Michael himself.
Why I Love It: Its utterly awesome! The chemistry between several of the characters are awesome, and its hilarous. I would definitely recommend it to anyone... and I hope anyone who reads this checks it out (you can watch the episode you missed on ABC.com).

Alright so I was looking for shows to watch this fall and I found this new show coming to the CW on October 7 (Sunday @ 8/7c) --- Life is Wild.

Now.... does this seem familiar to anyone? I mean seriosuly? It totally reminds me of Life With Derek.

Life with Derek and Life is Wild???? COME ON!

Its like Casey and Derek grew up a bit and a lot more drama filled, but still I think I still see them in Katie Clarke and Jesse Weller. So you know I'm like already in love with that pairing even BEFORE the show even started. LOL. Their even similiar in characters... at least in the descriptions on the LIW website. Katie is a good student and responsible teenager and Jesse is a bad student and rebellious. Totally sounds like Casey and Derek to me, although their actions and backgrounds are quite different from Katie and Jesse. Just watch the videos on the Life is Wild website and tell me if they don't remind you of a Casey and Derek - their characters would have been if they had a darker past and wasn't created by Disney.

Also the short name for Casey and Derek is Dasey while Katie & Jesse's could be Kesse or Jatie. XD

Hopefully others will too and the show is pretty good enough to continue watching... I'm looking forward to October 7.

Other new shows I can't wait to see are: Reaper, Chuck, New Amsterdam, Pushing Daises, Life, Journeyman, Bionic Woman, and the Big Bang Theory.... and tv  shows I can't wait to return: Supernatural, Ghost Whisperer, Smallville, and Heroes.

TELL ME WHAT SHOWS YOUR WATCHING THIS FALL.... or planning on too. I know how sometimes it ends up bad or you just tend to forget when its on, or time slips on by and you miss it. I hate it when that happens.
