First things first. I HAVE FINISHED MY BOOK REPORT. I actually finished it sometime around 12:30ish, but I got distracted so I didn’t write any blogs or anything. I’ll be online tomorrow though, normally around the time I get home from school.

I can’t wait till I stop writing about Ordinary People. And I’m pretty sure you guys are too.

Anyway, I’m taking a break from working on it, obviously. I only have 6 things left to do, and only 10 more chapters to go until I’m done. The chapters are actually kind of short, so its not that bad, I don’t have much else to do.

SparkNotes really helps, you know… at least for me. Espically for this book report.

ETA: Yeah I’m pretty much finished my Book report today. I only have two things left to do, which I’m thinking to leave until tomorrow, since I’ll be waking up really early (I need something to get used to waking up early). Anyway, I finished Ordinary People… its not *that* bad, I might read it again in a few years or so when I don’t have to forced into reading it.

The last thing which I might take a long time in finishing (for my book report), definitely more then a few hours, would be part 2 of my report. That is (directions):

1. Write an alternative ending to the book. Write an ending for the story that answers the questions you are left with after reading the arthor’s ending.

2. Write the next chapter of the story. Tell what happens to the main characters the next day or the next several days. How do the characters get on with their lives after the conflict in the story is resolved?

Can you believe that?!?! I know its a lot like what people do with fanfiction, but STILL thats why its FANfiction (you have to a fan of whatever your writing about!). I’m going to do the second one cause like all my questions have been answered pretty much… The problem is I just don’t KNOW what to write for the second one either! Grr…

Well, I got a few more stuff done with my Summer Reading Book (Ordinary People by Judith Guest). I now only have 16 chapters left to read… and I have 11 things left to do. Tomorrow (or really later today) I need to finish it all. I really *really* need to.

So, since I’ll be busy with this later today, I won’t be online much. Only taking a break here and there so I don’t drive myself nuts over this. Next Summer I’m starting my S.R.B in June. As soon as I’m out of school. I’m not going to do this again. Leaving it at the [very] end of summer. It sucks.

My mom told me to go to bed by 12… and its now close to 2:00 in the morning. I’m stupid, but I’m trying to finish the stupid book that *has* improved a little bit.

Yes. Being forced to read is what kills me. I hate being forced to read books that I don’t want to read. And to quote my mom, “Why do they even give reports out in the summer?” Seriously, they should only do it for the kids that they KNOW don’t read over the summer. I, however, read like probably close to 20,000-30,000 words a day reading fanfiction that INTEREST me! I know not everyone is like me, but STILL, give a break to those who read over summer, and give books to those stupid pricks (sorry if I offend anyone!) who never read at all!

Huh. Now that I see there is a Ordinary People movie… I’m thinking I should have rented it. Or something. But I doubt they’d have it. Or if its very close enough to the book. Besides the movie wouldn’t help with most of the questions I have to fill out on the report.

Okay now I’m done this post and *am* going to bed… I hope.

You know, its really hard to believe that in just three days I’ll be back in school again… It just doesn’t feel like it!!! … I swear this year better be good, or I’ll be ranting about school a lot.

Anyway yesterday I got done five things for my Summer School Book Report for Ordinary People by Judith Guest. I still have.. 14 things to do (*screams*). I also finished reading chapters 1-7. Now I just have 22 chapters left… gah. The book isn’t as bad when I first read the first chapter, but its not exactly 100% better. Hopefully within the book it’ll get better.

I know I shouldn’t have waited until the last week of summer to do this, but I better get a decent grade for doing it at all… LOL.

By the way, last night I saw the movie, RV. It’s pretty good, its great for laughs. I can’t say its Robin Williams best role, but he did a good job in it. Definitely rent it if you want to see it..

I loved Josh Hutcherson in it! He was funny in the movie, lol. Have I mentioned he’s become one of my favorite actors this past year? ‘Cause he has. He’s only two years younger then me! Lol. He’s really cute, though. :D I think so anyway. But he’s young and an actor, so I doubt I’ll ever get to see him in anything other then movies. Anyway, I hope he’s in more movies over the next few years.

I just found this awesome Nick/Sarah (from CSI) fansite, Butter that Toast. It’s really great, it has all these clips and stuff from the show of Sarah and Nick together, I love it! I’m really glad I found the site! And I love the fact that their relationship is nicknamed Snickers… it actually fits them!Now I REALLY want to buy seasons 1 through 6 of CSI.
I just finished reading Street Map, a Sarah/Nick fanfic that I found. It’s really good. I liked it. ^_^

I’ve also joined Viva Las Snickers, a Nick/Sarah forum, its pretty new and hardly has anything, so I decided to join it, lol.

Yeah and I also made 3 Sarah/Nick icons, which you can find at harpieicons.

I absoulutely *love* the song If You’re Not the One by Daniel Beddingfield. I also love Beddingfeild’s Gotta Get Thru This. Both are really great. ^^ The song I Wanna Know, is pretty good too. I could just listen to If You’re Not the One over and over, LOL. I wish I could hear is other songs, but I haven’t.
You know I’m watching Gotta Get Thru This again and I just realized who he reminds me of… if you seen My Super Ex-Girlfriend, doesn’t he look like the villain? (I can’t remember his name… damn.)

Later today I have to help my mom with my brother while we go to the vet for my dog’s appointment. So yeah, I better get to sleep!

ETA: Well my dog, Sandy, got meds and a few shots… which I’m glad because she was itching and biting herself which caused her to loose a bit of hair on her back near her butt. I really was worried about her.

I have to start my Summer Reading Book, since I have this little booklet that I have to finish and give to my English teacher the first day of school which is Sept. 6. I hate school SO much. They are just so evil… Even after getting the ‘Good Book’ review from my sister for the book I have to read, I still don’t want to read it… especially with all the crap that I need to remember for the stupid 6-part book report that I HAVE to do. Grrr…… I’ll say it again: I HATE SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, last night after watching Ghost Whisperer, I decided on a layout for my new blog. The layout features a blend (I also edited her eyes & eye make-up) I did that is of Jennifer Love Hewitt, the blend is of promotional pictures of Melinda (the character she plays on GW). Okay, so I created this blog mostly because I got sick of only being confined to a small and stupid layout that Xanga has. Lol, the other reason, is because I wanted too.

Tonight, me and my sister are going to see my school's production of Grease. Hopefully its gonna be good, lol. I'm going for three reasons. 1) I want to go. 2) My English teacher is gonna give extra credit to anyone who writes a review about the play. 3) My Spanish teacher is giving extra credit if we show her our ticket stub.

Other then that, I don't think I'll be doing anything today. Although I'm thinking of doing a new layout for Once Upon A Time, and getting the site up and running again & out of its geocities account.

Also, I'm not sure, but I think I'm gonna put Lustful Attraction (my Cyclops/Mystique fansite) up for adoption. I really want to keep it, but I can't find anything (fanfiction, icons, wallpaper, fan reasons, etc) to update it with. I'm still making a decision, but if your interested, please let me know!

Also those fans of Striking, my X-Woman fansite, it should be up soon... about a week or two. I have to fix all the pages and so on. Luckily, Striking is not only reopening, but also getting a co-webmaster!
